Specialist In Dialogue, Mediation and Conflict Transformation. Lawyer, mediator and facilitator. With graduate studies in strategic management of social organizations, focusing on human-scale development and participatory processes. Since 2002 is member of the Mediators Foundation Network (Argentina), dedicated to the dissemination and training on conflict management methods. She has worked as a consultant for UNDP and the Carter Center in Venezuela, mainly as coordinator of a peace-building program and assisting on the negotiation and facilitation process between government policy and opposition (2003-2005). She was also consultant to the Democratic Dialogue Regional Project of UNDP-LAC Bureau (2006-2009). During this consultancy she has been involved in the design and development of dialogue processes and strengthening of a dialogue practitioners network in Latin America and the Caribbean. She participated as a teacher in UNDP Virtual School (2008). Through different work experiences and training courses, the consultant has worked with schollars as William Ury, Jhon Paul Lederach, Sara Cobb, Graciela Tapia, Francisco Diez, Marinés Suares, among others, deepened conceptual frames related to conflict and the strategies to address, especially the theories of conflict transformation and dialogue.
Since 2011 works in Fundación para el Cambio Democrático and since August 2013 is a Director member of the Executive Comitee. In FCD she focuses on projects related to collaborative advocacy on public policies, focused on natural resources issues, specially affecting indegenous people, as well as developing the community of practice on conflict transformation and dialogue. She also supports the training processes and strategic communication areas.
